The Nordic Society of Photography cordially invites photographers from all over the world, amateurs as well as professionals, to participate in the 5th Nordic International Digital Circuit 2020. The exhibition will be conducted in accordance with FIAP, PSA and GPU requirements.
The exhibition is a four country circuit in collaboration with the national organizations in Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark.

Sections
Two Digital Sections: Color (PSA PID) & Monochrome (PSA PID)
All acceptances will count for FIAP and PSA distinctions and for inclusion in PSA «Star Rating» and «Who’s Who». All acceptance eligibility shall be in accordance with the PID Star Ratings or the Galaxy/Diamond Ratings requirements as appropriate. Each photo can be presented in only one section.

- RSF Gold, Silver, Bronze

Plus:
- Best Nordic entry in each salon
- FIAP Blue Badge, in each salon, to the author with the highest number total acceptances
- 1 Award for the best author overall
The medals will be engraved in accordance with regulations from FIAP and PSA. A total of 393 awards!
Conditions of entry
The exhibition is open to anyone; however, an entry may be rejected when the sponsoring organization or its agent, in its reasonable discretion, believes the entry does not conform to the exhibition rules and conditions.
Entries are limited to not more than 4 images per section, category, or class. An entrant’s four images will be distributed throughout four rounds of judging in that section. Entries must originate as photographs (image-captures of objects via light sensitivity) made by the entrant on photographic emulsion or acquired digitally. By virtue of submitting an entry, the entrant certifies the work as his own (aliases are not permitted). The entrant permits the sponsors to reproduce all or part of the entered material free of charge for publication and/or display in media related to the exhibition. This may include low resolution posting on a website. Note: Entrants who indicate that their images may not be reproduced or used «will not be eligible for awards» or inclusion in audio-visuals of the exhibition «and could be subject to disqualification» by the exhibition sponsors.
The exhibition assumes no liability of any misuse of copyright. Images may be altered, either electronically or otherwise, by the maker. All parts of the image have to be photographed by the author who is holding the copyright of all works submitted. All final work must be on photographic film, or on electronic file, or on photographic or electronic print material, mounting excepted. Entries must originate as photographs made by the entrant. Images can be altered.
4 images per section, total of 8 images. All images must be in JPG file format, the file size must be maximum 1920 pixels horizontal and 1080 pixels vertical and should not exceed 2MB.
Judging equipment: Full HD screens.
Entry submission signifies acceptance of all rules and conditions of the Circuit.

The images must be uploaded via Internet on our website www.nordic.photo.
Author copyright
Each entrant owns the copyright of the submitted images. The entrant certifies the work as his/her own. The entrant permits the organizers to reproduce the entered material free of charge for promotional purposes related to the Circuit, like the catalogue, photo CD/DVD and the website, unless specifically stated otherwise by the entrant on the entry form.
Entry fee
Please follow the instructions on the website when filling out the entry form. Payment should be in accordance with the entry fees stated there. Cheques are not accepted. Entries for which no or insufficient payment has been received will not be judged.
